Terms of Service
General and Artist Rights
⟡ At least one digital visual reference must be provided. Though a ref sheet is not required, the visual reference must include clear details and features that you want included.⟡ I, the artist, NintenDann, reserve the copyright to the illustrations I create. I reserve the right to distribute, reproduce, and use the images as examples of samples and self-promotion through social media, art prints, and art book collections.⟡ Artworks are for personal use only. You may repost, print, or reproduce on items, such as stickers, for personal use with credit given to the artist. Please DO NOT remove the signature or any artist identification. Please DO NOT use your commission for monetary purposes. You may post your commission to social media with proper credit to the artist.⟡ I will do my best to finish your piece as soon as I can, however, please note that it may take up to 2 months or longer due to real-life circumstances. You may notify the artist of a deadline within reason; however, completion of a piece is not guaranteed within that time.⟡ WIPs will be provided to ensure the client is happy with the project. Changes to the WIP will be made per the client's request. You may NOT request changes to lines after color has been added.⟡ Because of stylistic choices, colors may not match the references provided. However, I will try my best to match the provided colors in my style.⟡ There is no way to rush the completion of a piece. Timely updates will be provided, including notices of factors that may affect delivery time.⟡ Use of AI in any kind, shape, or form using my artwork is prohibited. Commissioning me means that you accept the terms of not using my art to train AI, nor utilizing AI tools such as 'Grok', 'Chat GPT', 'Sora AI', and any other AI tools on my artwork.⟡ My artwork can NEVER be sold as NFTs.
Payment
⟡ Payments are all upfront. I will not begin the commission until payment is received. Exceptions can be made by the artist only.⟡ I will not accept cryptocurrency as payment.⟡ All Payments are made via PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi donation. All payments are in USD.⟡ Private commissions will cost an additional 30% fee based on the price. Please discuss this beforehand.
Revisions
⟡ One to two sketch WIPs may be provided based on the request. Adjustments and changes during this stage are highly encouraged.⟡ After approval, edits to lines cannot be made.⟡ After approval of the sketch, lines, and base colors, I cannot make drastic changes to the piece (i.e., changing a character's position or background elements).
Cancellations and Refunds
⟡ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason without providing a specific reason.⟡ I have the right to cancel any commission at any time.⟡ The client will receive a full refund if the piece has not been started yet.⟡ If the piece is not completed within 5 months of payment, a full refund will be given.⟡ There are no refunds after the completion of a piece.

Contact me via BlueSky, Reddit, or Ko-Fi DMs!- Send one or more reference pictures of your OC! Avatars from Webfishing are accepted. Other artists' artwork may be referenced, but will not be one-to-one.
- Have clear descriptions or images of clothing you want a character to wear, poses, or background elements. General ideas or moodboards are welcome, but may require further input or clarification.
- Descriptions and even a rough stick figure drawing are helpful!
- Please let me know if you would prefer to have your finished pieces through email. Please let me know if you do NOT want me to upload the finished pieces onto DeviantArt's stash folder system. A link will be given at the end of the commission process to signify the completion of a commission.
